Maintain 100+ microsites - WolterK, BMW, Staples, etc & developed new Microsites. Manage the Marketing Automation Platform - Marketo. Personalize & customize the Audience Engagement with Digital Assets. Hosting solution & Maintenance and safeguard of Web Assets.

Approach:

Setup a dedicated team to develop the learning on new platforms like Acquia Cloud & Acquia Lift for enhanced support. Setup a Robust Project Management process and adopted an agile Methodology framework for better tracking of the development requests and control the quality of the deliverables. Implemented the DevOps process and methodology for an efficient code management & increased security of the Mindtree system. Implemented the Vagrant virtual machines to create separate sandboxes for production parity and enhanced understanding and testing of the Code and Mindtree Acquia platform.

No Knowledge Transfer given by the previous agency. Poor Website Performance with current “D” rank. Poor UX/UI approach resulted in high bounce rate and low session rate.

Outcome:

Understood & gained the expertise in Acquia Cloud Platform without any walkthrough or support from previous agency. Analyzed the actual needs of their target audience and translated them into personalized engagement opportunities through Acquia Lift tool. Provided enhanced support to offset the time zone difference. Revamped Mindtree Global Homepage.
