Objectives:

Manipal International Patient Care Centers provide comprehensive services & world-class facilities under one roof, for patients all around the world. The aim was to create a website that enables users to easily book appointments, locate hospitals and find specialized Doctors for different medical conditions.

Approach:

The approach adopted was direct and action oriented, where all the options were placed upfront. The primary navigation was not exhaustive and was kept simple with a focus on quick actions. Improvised the visual representation of the frequently needed actions (CTAs) such as find doctor, book appointment, locate hospital and easy on boarding for new patients. Made use of bold typography and simple clean layouts with crisp content. Integrated Maps for both National & International locations. Uploading of Patient Reports was integrated, for the purpose of consultation before travelling to India. Introduced Business Whatsapp for Lead conversion SEO friendly site structure was built
