The brand sought Webenza’s help to position themselves as the leading health insurance company in Georgia and South Carolina meanwhile generating qualified leads through paid search. The major challenge was that of the brand website not being search & conversion friendly.


Approach:


County-wise website traffic campaigns using highly competitive generic keywords and relevant ad copies. County-wise call-only ads in line with call center operations. Google ads scheduled as per geolocation and sales team availability to optimize the spends. Optimization of campaigns for calls with more than 30 seconds duration. County-wise search ads with call extensions.


Outcome:


We received 4,510 clicks to the website by spending $ 44,032.08 with an average CTR of 2% and an average CPC of $9.76. Received 432 calls through ads, out of which 180 calls were qualified (calls with more than 30 seconds duration).
