Overview:


More Retail approached Webenza in June 2020 to understand how the retail giant can leverage digital media to drive In-store/offline sales. Responsibilities included efficient media mix planning, campaign design and performance marketing with an objective to acquire new customers and also win back customers who had not transacted since the last 3 months.


Approach:


Over the course of time, Webenza has helped More Megastore in several key areas.
Planning the campaign with an ample mix of new acquisition and win back dropout customers with Facebook as a channel.
Efficient budget splitting between the new acquisition and store dropouts (remarketing) campaigns to achieve the maximum ROI
Find lookalikes of the existing customers and targeting within 5 km+ radius of the select stores (locations) for store visits
Bringing back customers who had not shopped with MORE since the last 3 months through custom audience (remarketing) campaigns
Frequency & reach based video and carousel campaigns to target the audience multiple times to build top of the mind awareness and eventually driving them to visit the store
Testing various audience segments and creatives to understand audience efficacy towards the communication and improving the performance based on real time results

Reached more than 2.5 million users combined(Bangalore & Hyderabad) in a duration of 2 weeks that helped in creating top of the mind awareness for the brand Generated over 35X ROI for the New Customer Acquisition campaigns
